- First-time guest, long time fan (?). Powder has been aware of Saltburnt chiefly as the place her best friend, Caitlyn, would leave her to visit every summer. Now, she's made the trip as her plus one, wide-eyed and, uh, innocent. Definitely.
It's just wonderful, what the Kiramman's have done for her. A pity she hardly knows how to act, but what can you expect from someone of her background?
BACKSTORY:
Powder lost her parents, then her sister, at a young age — but fortunately the Kiramman family saw her potential, sponsoring her at every opportunity. They funded her public secondary schooling and helped her afford boarding at Cambridge, where she remains at the top of her class. Friendly but somewhat reserved (and quietly sad), she's a computer science major who always has projects on the side.
One of which is hacking the extremely rich people she's become close with, oops. That reporter who tipped off MI5 about your ties to the Russian oligarchs? Their source has blue space buns and huge bug eyes. Not that you'd know it of course, when the digital anarchist responsible goes by the username JINX.

💥 Isn't the little orphan so darling and sad? One guest claims she cries herself to sleep every night, though she also struggled to remember which room Powder actually sleeps in. The point is: We're sorry for her loss and so glad she found her way here.
💥 The cumulative aid the Kiramman's have provided this girl exceeds what many will make in their lifetime. Maybe. At least according to some of her classmates. A source close to the family despaired, "One needn't be born rich to be spoilt."
💥 She's been seen speaking privately with the staff far too often for Portia and Jonty's liking.
💥 Despite her supposed cleverness, she never fails to use the wrong fork at the table. It's all very upsetting.
💥 Once, in the lead-up to a five-course dinner, the power went out in the main Saltburnt estate. The staff couldn't fix it, but Powder could and did. "Elbow grease."
🔒 MI6 thought JINX was Russian themselves up until all the business with the oligarchs. Fortunes were lost overnight. Raids were conducted. One parlimentarian hasn't been seen since the scandal broke.
